• Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, contact, and convert potential clients into long-term customers.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to offer tailored solutions to clients.
• Reporting and Feedback: Regularly report sales performance and provide insights for improving processes and strategies.
• Target-Driven Focus: Meet monthly or quarterly sales quotas, with the potential for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Salary Range: PKR 35,000 to 95,000 (target-based, with performance-driven incentives).
