Business Development Executive

Location: On-Site, Johar Town, Lahore
Experience: 2-3 Years
Salary: PKR 100,000 - PKR 150,000 + Incentives

What You'll Do:
Strong understanding of sales principles, online bidding, and client negotiations
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively
Identify and engage potential clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Write compelling proposals to win projects
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Stay updated with industry trends to refine strategies

What We’re Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in business development (Upwork & LinkedIn preferred)
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing basics
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
