This role is vital in helping our clients understand and utilize our services while enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our accounting services and billing inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Document and track customer interactions in our system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer complaints and suggestions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
