Job Opening: Social Media Content Creator & Videographer/Photographer - Nonprofit Organization

Are you passionate about creating impactful content and telling powerful stories through photography and video? Do you want to use your skills to make a difference in your community? We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator & Videographer/Photographer to join our team and help us amplify our nonprofit’s mission.

Salary: [PKR 30,000]
Reports to: Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Create compelling visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for use across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for social media campaigns, videos, and photo shoots.
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos at events, programs, and other nonprofit activities.
- Manage and maintain an organized content library for easy access and future use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for content distribution across multiple platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, apply best practices, and suggest new strategies to grow our online presence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling written and visual content that tells the story of our mission, programs, and impact.

Requirements & Skills

Job Requirements:

- Proven experience in photography, videography, and content creation (portfolio or samples required).
- Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar softwares) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom or similar softwares).
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating content for them (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc…).
- Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for the mission of the organization and a strong commitment to social change.
