Graphic Designer (Printing & Packaging)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on the printing and packaging industry. The role requires expertise in creating visually compelling designs for packaging materials, marketing collateral, and print media. This individual will collaborate with the creative and production teams to bring innovative design concepts to life while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the design process.

Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create and execute designs for a wide range of packaging products, including labels, boxes, cartons, and promotional materials for print.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the client’s branding guidelines and are consistent across all print and packaging materials.
• Prepress Design & Production: Prepare files for production, including color correction, file formatting, and ensuring designs are print-ready for various printing methods (offset, flexo, digital).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, marketing, and sales teams to conceptualize and refine design concepts based on client needs and project specifications.
• Quality Control: Review final designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications, including the use of proper bleed, crop marks, and resolution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, specifically within the printing and packaging industry.
