We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales and Application Support Executive to join our team in Karachi. This role involves both sales and technical support functions, where you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diagnostic products while also offering expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, private laboratories, and other healthcare institutions.
• Promote and sell clinical diagnostic products, meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
• Provide technical support and application guidance to clients, ensuring the effective use of diagnostic equipment and reagents.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops for laboratory professionals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute marketing strategies.
• Manage customer inquiries, offer solutions to technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.

• Previous experience in technical sales or customer support in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of clinical diagnostic products and laboratory operations is an advantage.
