Job Description
Inbound Call Center Representatives needed who can answer high volume calls, create booking , assist customer, provide excellent customer support and de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, address concerns or complaints
Answer Calls, create booking. Dispatch , communicate with drivers and customers
Helpful if has knowledge about social media and digital media / Marketing.
Hard working and motivated to learn , take responsibility
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Requirement:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume inbound call center within the last three years
Ability to work shift work including days, evenings, and weekends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ENGLISH
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to maintain a positive professional demeanor and composure when handling escalated calls
Requirements & Skills
VERY GOOD ENGLISH , SPEAKING , READING , LISTENING, WRITING AND UNDERSTANDING.
Hard working, Punctual , computer skills , Social media handling.
