Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in placing their orders.
- Provide detailed menu information and recommend items based on customer preferences.
- Accurately input orders into the system and verify order details.
- Ensure timely communication with kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the order-taking area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
