Al Munawar Restaurant is expanding its team and we are excited to announce openings for the following positions: Order Takers, Back Waiters, and Guest Relations Officers (GROs). We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team and contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Order Takers:

Accurately take and process customer orders

Communicate special requests to the kitchen staff

Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers

Provide menu information and recommendations

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Back Waiters:

Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables

Clear and reset tables promptly

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and delivery tasks

Address guest needs and provide excellent customer service

Guest Relations Officers (GROs):

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

Manage reservations and ensure efficient table allocation

Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service

Build and maintain positive relationships with guests

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Matriculation

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and demeanor

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
