1. Current enrollment: Medical student (3rd year or above)
2. Strong academic record: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
3. Clinical experience: Prior internship or volunteer experience
4. Excellent communication: Interpersonal and presentation skills
5. Team player: Collaborative mindset
6. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take initiative
7. Confidentiality: Maintain patient confidentiality
