Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories.

Answer customer inquiries about product features, pricing, and compatibility.

Sales:

Drive sales by actively promoting store products and ongoing promotions.

Process transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system.

Inventory Management:

Restock shelves and displays to ensure a well-organized and appealing store.

Assist with regular inventory checks and report low-stock items to the manager.

Compliance and Safety:

Verify the age of customers to ensure legal compliance for the sale of vaping products.

Educate customers on safe vaping practices and proper product usage.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Set up product displays to enhance the store’s aesthetic and marketing efforts.
