Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries with a focus on providing exceptional Customer Service.
• Provide support and resolve issues and Communicate effectively with customers with the aim to retain and increase customer base for the long halt and business growth.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through efficient, professional, and friendly service.
• Troubleshoot and provide accurate solutions to customer problems or concerns.
• Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
• Achieve individual and team targets, ensuring consistent service quality.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in the BPO industry (Customer Service, Technical Support, or similar roles).
• Language Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English, with excellent pronunciation and clarity.Preference will be given to IELTS qualified individuals.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
• Customer-Centric: A passion for providing outstanding customer service, customer care and satisfaction..
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer service tools and technology.
