Job Description
As a Senior Android Developer at Maida.co, you will be responsible for architecting and developing complex Android applications, managing a team of junior developers, and collaborating with designers and product managers. You will help shape the technical direction and ensure the quality and scalability of our mobile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality Android apps.
- Architect and implement app features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app requirements and technical solutions.
- Ensure the app's performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
- Stay current with Android development trends and best practices.
Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years of Android development experience (Kotlin and/or Java).
- Expertise in Android SDK, app architecture, and design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM).
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integrations.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design integration.
- Strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
