We are currently seeking an On Rotation Branch Manager for our Phali location in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong background in managing teams within the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage and lead a team, providing training and mentorship.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues.
- Analyze sales data to drive profitability and implement strategies.
- Maintain inventory and handle stock orders efficiently.
- Collaborate with other branches for consistent company policies and promotions.
