Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer & Sales Person to join our growing 360 Digital Marketing and Full-stack IT Services company. This remote part-time role (2-3 days a week) is ideal for an individual based in Lahore, Pakistan, with experience in the digital marketing and IT services sector and excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company's services, including website development, digital marketing (SEO, SMM, SEM), branding, and IT solutions.
- Establish relationships with potential clients, conduct outreach via email, calls, and meetings.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
- Track and report on sales performance, opportunities, and client feedback.

Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the digital marketing or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and full-stack IT services, or the ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and growth.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus.
