Job Description
Surveillance Monitoring:
Operate and monitor all CCTV equipment, including cameras, recording systems, and alarms.
Ensure all cameras are functional and covering designated areas effectively.
Incident Detection and Reporting:
Identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate them to the appropriate personnel.
Notify emergency services or on-site security teams as necessary.
Log all incidents and maintain accurate records for future reference.
System Maintenance and Checks:
Conduct routine checks to ensure the CCTV system is functioning optimally.
Report any technical issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.
Coordination and Communication:
Communicate with security staff and management regarding potential threats or emergencies.
Provide real-time updates during incidents to ensure prompt action.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
Follow all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements regarding data privacy.
Ensure surveillance footage and logs are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
Requirements & Skills
xperience: Prior experience in a security or surveillance role preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with CCTV equipment, monitoring software, and recording systems.
Basic troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
