Shopify Pro is hiring energetic and self-motivated Cold Calling Experts/Appointment Setters with proven experience in the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in generating and qualifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with our Sales and Operations team.

Core Responsibilities:

Initiate contact through cold calling, emails, messaging, and chat.

Follow up on leads and non-responsive prospects to ensure engagement.

Present Shopify Pro’s value proposition, build trust, and foster enthusiasm with potential clients.

Maintain an organized pipeline and track activities using CRM tools.

Meet and exceed KPIs, including calls scheduled, completed, qualified opportunities, and closed deals.

Analyze client needs and propose solutions based on Shopify Pro's expertise in software and web development.

Master Shopify Pro’s sales pipeline, buyer personas, services, and processes.

Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication in English (American or British accent).

Ability to manage schedules across different time zones.

Confidence and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of outbound cold calling experience targeting the US market.

Previous call center and customer service experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000 + Commission
