Laboratory Trainee

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Lab Trainee for our fragrance business. Your contributions will directly assist our chemists and perfumers in creating high-quality products that meet client needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the lead perfumer in creating and refining fragrance formulations, ensuring that they align with client briefs and market demands.
2. Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials for fragrance compositions, adhering to precise formulations and quality standards.
3. Prepares samples for testing, including measuring and mixing raw materials, diluting fragrances, and creating different product formulations.
4. Assists fragrance chemists and perfumers in their research and development activities, helping with experiments and formulations.
5. Records and organizes data from experiments, ensuring that all results are accurately documented for further analysis.
6. Helps maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring that all tools and instruments are in good working order.
7. Participates in sensory testing or quality control processes, helping to assess the fragrance's characteristics and performance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• Experience: Fresh or 1 year experience
