Wilson International is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and handling candidate documentation to help us bring in top talent. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct oral interviews with candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collect and verify required documents from candidates for onboarding, including IDs, certifications, and background checks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our HR system.
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure all compliance documentation is completed.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in HR management and recruitment, including conducting interviews and handling HR documentation.
Strong knowledge of HR software, recruitment tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Experience in logistics or customs brokerage is a plus, but not required.
