Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team and manage live chat inquiries. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current customers, providing exceptional support, answering queries, and driving sales through live chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in real-time via live chat to answer product/service inquiries and resolve concerns.
  • Build strong relationships by providing personalized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Convert chat conversations into sales by identifying opportunities and recommending suitable products/services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to provide accurate information.
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), such as response time, chat resolution, and sales conversion rates.
  • Log customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for tracking and analysis.

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written communication and typing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with live chat tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
