Job Description
Facon is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR)-Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
-Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
-Document and update customer interactions, requests, and feedback in the system.
-Assist with processing returns, refunds, or exchanges as per company policies.
-Contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
-Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes or services.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and smooth customer support.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
-Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic understanding of customer service principles or previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
