Job Description: We are hiring a skilled Chat Support Representative to join our team for night shift operations. In this role, you will provide support to customers via chat, assist with inquiries, and maintain a high standard of service. The ideal candidate is proficient in English, with good typing skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Maintain professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive customer experience
Meet daily performance targets and maintain punctuality for optimal support coverage
Accurately document interactions and follow-up requirements as needed
Requirements:
Education: Intermediate or equivalent
Skills: English proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Shift: Night shift, 6 PM to 6 AM
Location: Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi
Compensation:
Salary: 45,000 PKR basic, with an additional 5,000 PKR punctuality bonus
Incentives: Daily performance-based incentives on meeting targets
