Job Description

Moriox seeks a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  2. Address customer complaints effectively, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  4. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved to satisfaction.
  5. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges as needed, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales and production) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements & Skills

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  2. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  3. Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.
  4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
