Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Clinician Success Executive to support the growth and success of mental health professionals. This is not a typical medical billing role—it’s an impactful position that blends credentialing, billing, operations, and strategic support to drive clinician and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Credential therapists with insurance providers.
Track and document credentialing status of therapists to ensure compliance.
Assist in onboarding new therapists and integrating them into the organization.
Handle claims submissions and payment tracking with insurance providers.
Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and billing software (full training provided).
Collaborate with a team to make a meaningful impact in mental health care delivery.
Role Contribution:
As a Clinician Success Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of credentialing and billing processes while enhancing the success of mental health professionals. This role directly contributes to improving access to quality mental health care and supports clinicians in delivering exceptional services.

Communication Skills:
Must have an American or neutral accent (strictly no Indian or Pakistani accents).
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clinicians and insurance providers effectively.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in credentialing and billing processes.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions to operational challenges.
Capable of troubleshooting issues independently and improving workflows.
Technical Skills:
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and software.
Experience with billing software or similar platforms is a plus but not required (training provided).
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional role.
Comfortable taking on varied responsibilities, from credentialing to billing and operational support.
