Support Executive / Scheduler

As a part of the Online Education System, Schedulers play the most important role in organizing and maintaining the workflow of online classes

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly schedules for online teachers, ensuring all classes are covered and teachers are allocated according to their availability and expertise.
• Modification: The Scheduler is responsible for adding, modifying, and removing Regular classes and Coverup classes.
• Time Management: Keep track of every class that is for 30 minutes and it must start on time and end on time. Teachers are not allowed to deliver class for less than 30 minutes or more unless the teacher compensates extra time for adjustment.
• Coordination: Liaise with teachers, students, and administrative staff to accommodate scheduling requests, cancellations, and rescheduling needs.
• Time Zone Management: Manage schedules across different time zones to ensure teachers and students from various global regions are appropriately matched.
• Optimization: Use scheduling software to optimize teacher workloads, class timings, and student group assignments for efficiency and balance.
• Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or overlaps, keeping The Scheduler Management, Teachers, and the student informed of any changes.
• Communication: Notify teachers and students of their upcoming classes, schedule changes, or cancellations via platform messaging.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Keep records of all class schedules on the portal and teacher attendance, marking for successful class delivery, and providing regular reports to management as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure that schedules adhere to institutional policies, teacher contracts, and work-hour regulations.
