Job Description

  • Study and Analysis: Regularly study all new or existing immigration programs and stay informed about any updates, changes, or new launches. Create comprehensive information documents and assess all program changes for internal distribution and client updates.
  • Client Management: Handle the end-to-end management of client applications, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration laws. Supervise and train the team to assess client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration programs.
  • Document Preparation: Supervise the preparation, review, and submission of immigration applications and associated documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submissions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and any other relevant regulations.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure that monthly and quarterly financial and operational targets are achieved by the team and yourself, as outlined in the sales targets and commission structure.
  • Operations Supervision: Supervise all operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. This includes assessing and approving immigration applications, resolving issues, and ensuring timely client communications.
