Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: PWD, Islamabad

Salary: PKR 35,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced Female Salon Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, preferably with salon management experience, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon while delivering the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

- Address client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Develop strategies to enhance the client experience and build client loyalty.

- Monitor client wait times and ensure clients feel attended to and valued throughout their visit.

Staff Management:

- Oversee staff schedules, manage hiring, firing, and day-off requests.

- Ensure all team members are well-trained, motivated, and performing efficiently.

- Conduct regular training sessions to maintain high customer service standards.

Floor Management:

- Monitor salon floor, ensuring all equipment is in working order.

- Address any maintenance needs promptly to keep operations smooth.

Software Management:

- Handle client billing, manage deals, oversee staff attendance records, and control inventory using the salon's management software.

Inventory Control:

- Manage incoming add outgoing stock, track inventory levels, and order supplies when needed.

Overall Salon Management:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients.

- Monitor overall salon performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Experience: Background in administration, with salon management experience preferred.

- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Appearance: Must be presentable and wear appropriate attire on the premises.
