- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints efficiently.
- Document and maintain records of all interactions in a clear manner.

- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately to customer concerns.
- Basic computer skills and experience with call center software is a plus.
