Job Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 4+ years of expertise to join our team. As an expert graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the brand message and support business objectives. This role requires proficiency in various design tools, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring concepts to life.
You will be working closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create high-quality digital and print designs that elevate the brand's presence across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about design, detail-oriented, and have a strong portfolio, we would love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity Design:
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital and print media.
Create logos, typography, color schemes, and other visual elements to build and strengthen the brand identity.
Design for Digital Platforms:
Create engaging designs for websites, social media, email newsletters, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
Design UI/UX elements like icons, buttons, banners, and other assets that align with the brand's voice and aesthetic.
Print Design:
Design high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and banners.
Ensure print materials are optimized for production, with accurate color profiles, formats, and sizes.
Marketing Collateral:
Design visuals for online marketing campaigns, including paid social ads, display banners, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand strategy and target audience.
Creative Concept Development:
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to generate creative concepts and execute them into compelling design solutions.
Stay up to date with design trends, incorporating innovative and fresh ideas into projects.
Photo Editing & Illustration:
Edit and retouch images for use in digital and print formats.
Create custom illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets to support brand communication.
Video Graphics (Optional, if applicable):
Design graphics for videos, animations, and motion graphics for digital content, social media, and advertisements.
Collaborate with videographers and video editors to integrate graphic elements smoothly into video projects.
Collaboration & Feedback Integration:
Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs meet project objectives.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalize designs.
File Management & Organization:
Manage and maintain an organized library of design assets, files, and templates for easy access and reuse.
Ensure files are ready for production and delivery in the correct formats (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a proven portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills.
Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Requirements & Skills
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media design best practices.
Familiarity with web design tools like Sketch, Figma, and InVision (optional but a plus).
Experience in motion graphics and video editing (optional, if applicable) using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Understanding of print production processes and preparing files for print.
Design Skills:
Strong creative and conceptual design skills.
Ability to develop unique, original, and visually appealing design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Excellent use of color, typography, and layout design.
Communication:
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to present design concepts and ideas clearly and persuasively.

Exceptional eye for detail, consistency, and quality in design work.
