- Optimize listings for search engines.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Research property ownership and tax information and verify property details.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies and follow up with leads to convert into client
- Monitor and respond to leads from various sources (websites, social media).
- Image Editing
- CRM Management
- Schedule appointments and viewings.
- Coordinate open houses and showing.
- Manage calendars for agents.
Requirements & Skills
- 1 year of experience in real estate or customer service.
- Proficiency in real estate software (CRM).
