Responsibilities:

  • Customer Related Assistance.
  • Create and manage property listings on various platforms.
  • Optimize listings for search engines.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends.
  • Research property ownership and tax information and verify property details.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and follow up with leads to convert into client
  • Monitor and respond to leads from various sources (websites, social media).
  • Image Editing
  • CRM Management
  • Schedule appointments and viewings.
  • Coordinate open houses and showing.
  • Manage calendars for agents.

Requirements & Skills

  • 1 year of experience in real estate or customer service.
  • Proficiency in real estate software (CRM).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
