Job Description

Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on both customer satisfaction and financial gain.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.

Promote Premium Travel & Holidays’ services and brand to enhance the company’s reputation.

Identify client travel needs, and present suitable solutions including travel packages, corporate arrangements, and holiday offers.

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.

Participate in industry events, travel fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.

Strong understanding of travel services and holiday packages.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
