SHIFT HOURS: NIGHT SHIFT 7:00PM-4:00AM
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our outbound solar campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers through cold calls, educating them about our solar solutions, and setting appointments or transferring leads to our sales team. Your efforts will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and promoting clean energy alternatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and our products,
- Qualify leads based on customer needs and readiness to adopt solar technology.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team or transfer qualified leads for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system, tracking leads and appointment status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for customers from initial contact to appointment.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing, preferably in the energy or renewable sector for US customers/International customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
