US HR Specialist 2

Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery is a leading provider of white-glove delivery services to e-commerce retailers, furniture vendors, designers, and manufacturers. Celebrating over 30 years in the industry, we offer over 2.5 million square feet of warehouse space paired with a real-time warehouse management system. We are seeking a Night US HR Specialist with 4 years of experience to join our team in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR functions during night shifts including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies tailored for night operations.
- Conduct employee training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and reporting.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

- Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle conflict and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
