Job Description: Senior MERN Stack Developer (Remote)

Welcome aboard! As our Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will lead our development team, overseeing projects and ensuring top-notch delivery. This is a remote, full-time position where your expertise will drive innovative solutions for our clients in Dubai and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery of projects.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications using the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and ensure seamless platform communication.
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS, ensuring security and reliability.
• Utilize Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to build advanced, responsive solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders remotely.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across various projects.

Work Schedule:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Pakistan Time)

Breaks:

Lunch Break: 1 hour daily

Friday Break: 1.5-hour break

Weekends Off

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, ty, Node.js).
• Proficiency in AWS services for cloud deployment and management.
• Expertise in Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs effectively.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable design patterns.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor team members and manage timelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and clients.
