Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, timely shipping, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:

Process incoming orders efficiently and accurately.

Shipping and Logistics:

Generate shipping labels through the courier's portal.

Track orders to monitor delivery status and identify any potential issues.

Coordinate with courier services to resolve any shipping-related problems.

Optimize shipping costs and delivery times.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, shipping costs, and delivery times.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Shopify.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in using shipping software and courier portals.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
