We seek a Night Team Lead with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team for new branch and help us become a national staple in the Information Services industry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the night shift team, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Monitor call quality and provide ongoing coaching to team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance to management.
- Resolve any issues or escalations that arise during the shift.
