Job Title: Telesales Representative (Morning Shift)

Job Summary:

We're looking for an exceptional Telesales Representative to work our morning shift, driving sales growth through outbound calls, presenting our innovative products/services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects

• Present H-Tech's services, handling objections, and closing deals
• Meet/exceed monthly sales targets
• Build/maintain strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Support) to enhance sales efforts
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST

Requirements:

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
