No prior experience is required—just fluency in English and a willingness to learn. You’ll be responsible for handling customer queries and providing support to clients from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls from international clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers by answering questions and resolving their issues.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions.
Adhere to company scripts and protocols to meet performance goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Minimum Intermediate (A-levels/FA/FSc) or currently enrolled in university.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
No prior work experience required—freshers are encouraged to apply!
