Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage our Daraz store, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Regularly update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to our Daraz store.
- Optimize product listings for search engine visibility (SEO) and implement advertising campaigns as needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance the store's performance.
- Manage inventory levels to avoid overstock or stock outs.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and increase turnover.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience in e-commerce, especially with Daraz, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Daraz's platform and policies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and SEO.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
