Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage our Daraz store, ensuring it is well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Regularly update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales to our Daraz store.
  • Optimize product listings for search engine visibility (SEO) and implement advertising campaigns as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly and professionally.
  • Track key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance the store's performance.
  • Manage inventory levels to avoid overstock or stock outs.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and increase turnover.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Previous experience in e-commerce, especially with Daraz, is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of Daraz's platform and policies.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and SEO.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
