Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
Document interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on company offerings and promotions.
Follow company guidelines for quality and compliance.
Collaborate with the team to meet performance goals.
Participate in training to improve skills.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to customer service.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
