Job Description

  • Research and recommend flights, hotels and other travel-related services to the clients.
  • Ability to monitor and handle any concerns or issues relating to the client's travel within a short interval.
  • Provide top notch customer service.
  • Answer customer questions and address concerns to build customer confidence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales.

Requirements & Skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong Communication interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to handle client issues and disruptions.
