Job Description
- Research and recommend flights, hotels and other travel-related services to the clients.
- Ability to monitor and handle any concerns or issues relating to the client's travel within a short interval.
- Provide top notch customer service.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns to build customer confidence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales.
Requirements & Skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong Communication interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to handle client issues and disruptions.
