Job Description:
FitBiz CPA is a US-based accounting firm offering financial services to businesses of all sizes and industries.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting functions, including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with US tax laws and prepare tax returns.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ junior accountants.
• Conversant with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
• Prepare and review financial statements.

• Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
• Bookkeeping Expertise: Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records and managing accounts payable/receivable.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Xero.
• Tax Knowledge: Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team effectively.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
