Ac Technician

Experienced AC Technician with a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing AC systems. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to meet deadlines. Candidates must reside near Shahrah-e-Faisal and possess their own bike.

Main Responsibilities/Functions:
• Respond to complaints that needed repair and maintenance of the air conditioners.
• Determine the nature of the problem and make notes to choose the correct tools to take along
• Install air conditioners in offices and where it is required by following standard installation protocols.
• Test installed air conditioners to ensure that they are in proper working condition

Repair air conditioning units by performing analysis and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems.
• Handling AC maintenance on a Weekly basis by themselves

• Ask questions to determine nature of problem and make mental notes to choose the correct tools to take along
• Install air conditioners in offices and where it is required by following standard installation protocols.
• Test installed air conditioners to ensure that they are in proper working condition

Repair air conditioning units by performing analysis and troubleshooting activities.
• Perform maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems.
• Educate customers on handling AC maintenance on a regular basis by themselves

Replace AC systems that are not in a fixable condition.
• Provide customers with information on operating air conditioning systems to derive complete benefit from them
• Prepare service report in daily activity log
• To carry out maintenance as per schedule on daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis in this regard with the help of his senior.
• AC filter/Outdoor cleaning, service and replace filter as per condition.
• Gas charging and system vacuum, leak repair as per requirement and standard practice.
• To inform their immediate shift in charges if they observe any abnormality in the AC unit system during operation.
• To keeps AC workshop and customer area neat & clean after any maintenance or AC replacement.
• Ensure 5S and EHS compliance as per EBM safety rules and working practice.
