We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online Teachers to join our global teaching team. The role involves delivering interactive online lessons to students from around the world, using digital platforms and tools provided by the academy. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ learning, growth, and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective online lessons to students from various countries across different time zones.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the learning needs and goals of individual students.
• Use various digital platforms and teaching tools to create interactive and dynamic lessons.
• Track student progress, provide timely feedback, and assess learning outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents (if applicable) regarding progress and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with new online teaching techniques and continuously improve lesson delivery.
• Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject matter.
• Proven experience in teaching, preferably in an online setting.
• Strong understanding of online teaching tools and platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
• Ability to teach students from diverse cultural backgrounds and learning styles.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to teach students in different time zones.
