Greet and assist customers as they enter the store or contact us through various channels, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and efficient manner.
Work closely with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
