We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our team in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a strong ability to engage with customers effectively through chat.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to customers via live chat.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals.
Requirements:
Exceptional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in chat support.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
