Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert / PPC Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. The role requires a deep understanding of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies, Google Ads, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal ROI, including bid adjustments, daily spend monitoring, and financial reporting.
  • Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy and design ad creatives that align with campaign goals, ensuring that messaging resonates with the target audience.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance and maximize conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization.
  • SEO Coordination: Collaborate with the SEO team to align PPC and organic strategies, ensuring a comprehensive approach to digital marketing.
  • Audience Targeting: Develop and refine audience targeting strategies based on demographics, behaviors, and interests to reach the most relevant prospects.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and implement tactics to outperform them in the digital landscape.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear communication with clients/stakeholders to understand their business objectives and provide updates on campaign progress.
  • Staying Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in digital marketing and PPC advertising.

Requirements & Skills

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on PPC campaign management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and tag management.
  • Experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and strategies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and landing page optimization is a plus.
