Eligibility Criteria:

Command Over Spoken-English

Availability of Conveyance would be appreciated.

Motivated to work towards self-improvement.

· Have experienced in telecom industry

We are offering a Basic Salary up-to Rs.35,000 Plus uncapped commission.

Both Male and Female Candidates are encouraged to apply.

Timing: Night Shift (8:00pm-5:00am).

Our Clients are based in the US telecom industry

Comprehensive Product/Sales oriented training will be provided by Industry Experts.

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary starting from 35 k as per your experience

Answer new and existing customer phone calls while following sales processes.

Consultative work with customers to close sales by gathering information, determining needs, and scheduling installation appointments.

Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc.

Experience:

Minimum 0- 1 year experience preferred.

Skills:

Proven sales ability and closing skills.

Strong listening skills used to conduct a needs analysis.

Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Ability to multi-task while speaking to prospects
