1. Achieving monthly sales targets by finding potential clients.
2. Ensuring sales with end to end resolution by taking complete ownership for the customer in every parked issue.
3. Providing standard solutions for client's queries.
4. Maintain excellent customer engagement to boost outstanding customer experience.
5. Maintain customer database and forecast sales for untapped clients.
Preferred Skills & Requirements:
1. Minimum bachelor's degree
2. 1+ years of relevant experience in sales.
3. Excellent communication, strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills
4. Must have call handling experience
5. Proactive in making good client relationships
6. Familiarity with real estate, event management, or digital marketing is a plus.
