MCS looking for a skilled and motivated_ Upwork Bidder_ to join our team.

As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on the Upwork platform to secure new business opportunities for our company.

Responsiblites

• Identify potential projects on Upwork that align with our company's expertise and services.
• Engage with clients to understand their project requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines to secure contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role, with a successful track record of winning projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the Upwork platform and best practices for bidding.
• Understanding of different industries and project requirements.

Shift Timings : 9pm to 6am

Experience:

• Upwork Bidder: 1 year (Preferred)
